[00:00:00] Before we start building the actual ad inside there, I wanna show you how simple and how basic the ad we’re gonna create is. Uh, I’m gonna do a little screen share. I’ve got my iPhone hooked up to this. I hope you can hear the audio. I’ll also play, uh, I’ll put a recording of this below so you guys can see that this was just recorded a couple seconds ago.
[00:00:17] Use it right here in my office. Nothing’s special. I used the front camera on the iPhone and I literally just described the only statement with the home. Now, if you’re not familiar with the only. , Uh, it’s something that you can say uniquely about this home that says, this is the only home for sale in Carlsbad that has an ocean view with a master on the first floor under 3 million bucks.
[00:00:36] I think the example I use is relatively, uh, close to that. So that’s all it has to be because once you have the only statement, you have scarcity and competition. You gotta get really clear on this. Now. It could be the only home for sale in the neighborhood. That’s an only statement. It could be something super unique.
[00:00:52] It could be something like super broad. It doesn’t have to be like the only mansion as featured on Forbes. It doesn’t have [00:01:00] to be like Beverly Hill style uniqueness. It just needs to have something that sets this home apart from everybody else. So I’m gonna go to this next video. Let me, uh, share this.
[00:01:08] Hopefully this works. Uh, listen. This week we’re going to list a new home for sale in Carlsbad, California. It’s got four bedrooms, three baths. It is the only home with an ocean view with the master on the first floor that is priced under two and a half million. If you wanna know a little bit more about what this is, pricing address, photos, all that stuff, click here.
[00:01:26] I’ll give you all the details before we go public with it. All right? See on the other, . Okay. So that’s the video. I mean, it’s, it’s pretty simple. And I would run that, that video total, if I look at it, I, I don’t think it’s very long. Maybe it’s not even a minute. I can tell you that much. , it’s under a minute, right?
[00:01:41] So it’s gonna be really simple. We’re gonna run this as a pre-roll and a bumper ad on YouTube, and we’re just gonna try to get a bunch of clicks to whatever your landing page site is for that. Now, if I were you, I would use the same squeeze page template we used in module one, or course week number one, where it’s just.
[00:01:57] Headline. You know, the only statement [00:02:00] puts your email for early access. Like no photos, no, like nothing significant. Make this super, super, super simple. The easier and more concise you are with your squeeze pages, the more registrations you’ll get, because when you’re too detailed and complex, nobody understands why they should give you your email.
[00:02:16] Uh, that’s the page I would use. So in the next video, we’ll upload this as a YouTube private video, and then we’ll run that as an ad. All right.
